How it works
You tell it once. It handles the rest.
Set-up is a few minutes and mostly consists of telling IDOFO things you already know. Nothing goes live until you say so.
Tell it who you are
Your name, or your business. What you do, what it costs, when you are open. Two or three minutes — and you can add the rest later, because it will ask you when it needs to know.
Give it a name and a voice
James, Ava, Marcus, whoever. Pick how it talks and whether it says it is an assistant. You can speak to it out loud on any plan, because that costs IDOFO nothing and for some people it is the only comfortable way to use software.
Try it before anyone else does
Test my assistant is a real conversation against your real settings — the same code that would answer a real caller. Ask it your own awkward questions and see what it says.
Point something at it
Share your IDOFO Page, or connect a phone number when you are ready. Nothing goes live until you say so, and everything that needs an outside account is labelled before you get there.
A real call
Every fact in this comes from the business's own records.
The price is their price. The times are their real availability, checked again before the booking is confirmed. The labels beside each line are the actual tools the assistant used — it cannot state a price without having read one.
If that business had not set a price for drain cleaning, the assistant would have said so and offered to take a message. That is the whole rule, and it is the reason a phone line can be handed to it.

It says so. That is the feature.
It never invents
Prices, hours, policies and free slots are read from your records at the moment it speaks. There is no path in the code that lets it fill a gap.
It takes a message
When it cannot answer, it offers to take one — and the question lands in your Needs Attention list so you can answer it once and for good.
It never fakes success
If something did not happen, IDOFO says it did not happen. “Handle this for me” reports what it could not do, and nothing is published without a connected account.
