What is live today.
Generated from the running system rather than written by hand. When something is connected it changes here immediately, and when something is not built it says so by name.

Working now
You can use these today. Nothing to connect, no card, no API key.
Answer questions from your own information
Ask it anything you have told it — prices, hours, services, policies — and it answers from your records, or says it does not know.
Refuse what it should not answer
A caller asking a medical question gets a person, not an answer. It becomes a message for you in their own words, so somebody can ring them back.
Today: Nothing to connect and nothing to switch on. It applies to every account on every plan, is checked before the assistant model sees the question, and uses your own wording for an emergency rather than a script IDOFO invented.
Screen who is calling
See who wants you and why before you decide. Important people always get through; quiet hours are respected.
Today: The screening rules work and can be tried in the simulator. They apply to real calls once a phone line is connected.
Talk to your assistant out loud
Press the button, speak, and hear the answer in a real voice. It costs nothing — your own device does the work.
Book appointments in a real calendar
Availability is worked out from your hours, your staff and what is already booked — then checked again before confirming.
Reschedule and cancel
Move or cancel an appointment, with your cancellation policy read out exactly as you wrote it.
Tell callers you are running late
Say once that the day is running behind or ahead, and your assistant tells every caller until the end of the day — in your words, never its own guess.
Manage your calendar
Block time, set your hours, add holidays, and see your day at a glance.
Organise your tasks
Say what needs doing in plain words and it becomes a task with a due date.
“Handle this for me”
Type it the way you would say it. It is done — or you are told plainly that it could not be.
Remember who people are
Contacts, notes and history, so a caller is recognised the second time.
A daily brief
One short paragraph each morning, built from what actually happened.
Set up your business once
Services, prices, opening hours, holidays, staff and the questions you are always asked.
Take a message properly
Who called, what they wanted, how urgent it is, and whether they want a call back.
Tell you what needs you
Questions it could not answer, callers who were upset, opportunities that were nearly lost.
Capture the business you nearly lost
Every caller who did not book becomes a lead with a follow-up, instead of a missed call.
Find a business by where it works
Search by town or postcode, or from where you are. Businesses say which areas they cover, and IDOFO says “in your town” rather than inventing a distance it was never given.
A page you can share instead of your number
Send people to your assistant. It shows only what you approve, and your number stays private.
Draft marketing from your real business facts
Posts written from your actual services, prices and hours. Never invented offers.
Today: Drafts are written and can be approved. Publishing needs a connected social account, and IDOFO never claims to have posted something it has not.
Email your customers
Confirmations, reminders and follow-ups by email.
Put IDOFO inside your own software
A clean REST API with keys scoped to one account, signed webhooks and a sandbox.
Your assistant on your phone
Sign in, see your brief, read messages, and hear replies spoken aloud.
Today: The app works and speaks. Talking to it with your voice needs a custom build, which is why the app says so rather than showing a button that does nothing.
Subscriptions and billing
Pick a plan, pay for it, and manage it yourself.
Finished, waiting on an outside service
The code is written and tested. Each one needs an account with an outside company before it can do anything real — so until then, IDOFO does the thing described under “Today”.
Answer your phone
A real number people can ring. Your assistant picks up, helps the caller, and tells you what happened.
Today: Everything above the audio already works and is tested — answering, quoting, booking, taking a message. What is missing is a phone company, which is IDOFO's side of the work rather than yours. It is not called live until a real call to a real number has been answered and heard.
A natural voice on the phone
A studio-quality voice for callers, rather than a device voice.
Today: In a browser, your device’s own voice speaks and costs nothing. A telephone caller cannot hear a device voice.
Respect your Google or Outlook calendar
Busy time from your existing calendar is treated as unavailable, so nothing is double booked.
Today: IDOFO keeps its own calendar and books correctly against it. It cannot yet see a meeting that only exists in Google or Outlook.
Not built yet
Named here so nobody has to guess whether they are coming.
Send appointment reminders
A text or an email before the appointment, so fewer people forget.
Today: Upcoming appointments appear in your daily brief. Nothing is sent to the customer yet.
What IDOFO promises about this page
- Everything labelled Live is tested and used. It is not a demo.
- No feature claims to have done something it did not do. If an action could not be completed, IDOFO says so rather than reporting success.
- You can export everything in your account, and have it permanently deleted, on any plan including Free.
- IDOFO does not claim HIPAA compliance and does not offer a regulated healthcare service. A clinician uses the same Business plan as any other business, and patient health information does not belong in it. Clinical questions are refused on every account and passed to a person.
